Virtual Operator Center (VOC) “Virtual Switchboard” gives your company a professional corporate presence and at the same time improves the efficiency of communications with your customers and staff.

VOC  is a 'Virtual Switchboard' or 'Virtual Call Center' - a phone system that has all the features of the most advanced PBX (PABX), voicemail and call recording and call management systems on the market.

But because the system is hosted, your company doesn't need to invest the thousands of dollars needed to purchase these systems, nor commit to the installation and rental of 'enough' phone lines - assuming you know how many that is!

VOC can give you a non geographic Freephone number, such as an 0871 or 0800 number, or a Universal Access Number (UAN) or you can use your existing number. Incoming calls can be distributed to people logged on to the system on landlines or mobiles. These calls will be pre-announced (e.g. "Sales Call") before they are transferred.

Building on the incentive of not investing into a costly PABX or a call management system, the Virtual Operator Center can be modified to transfer all calls to your company, to a real person. This person can then take the relevant information from the caller and act accordingly. If the caller needs to speak to someone in your company, the operator can transfer the call to the required person, by using the technology offered by the E-OPES. Similarly, if the caller needs to quickly get some information across to your company, the operator can record the required information and forward to the relevant department or person for processing.
